Woodall Homes are continuing to experience strong demand for new homes across all of our current developments.

We have now sold all homes on our ‘Roman Rise’ development at Tupton.

Furthermore, our development at Sterry Farm, Clowne now only has two homes remaining. Plot 21 – a 4 bedroom detached ‘Wycombe’ home; and Plot 33 – a 4 bedroom detached ‘Westbury’ home.

Finally, our latest development ‘The Croft’ at Calow has now had reservations on 7 of the 16 ‘for market’ homes on the development. With reservations only being able to made in the last few weeks, there is clearly strong demand for our homes in this area.
