SOCIAL HOUSING PARTNERS

As an integral part of our developments, we work closely with our social housing partners to deliver efficient and cost-effective homes either to rent or on a shared ownership sale basis.

Our approach is based on partnership, and we welcome enquiries from social housing providers who are seeking partners for sites within their ownership.

National House Building Council (NHBC) warranty and Consumer Code for Home Builders

At Woodall Homes, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the superior specification we deliver across our developments. In addition, all our homes are sold with industry recognised warranties.

In the unlikely event that something does occur, the comprehensive National House Building Council (NHBC) warranty will cover any structural or other serious defects arising.

As a proud member of the National House Building Council (NHBC), all of our work is checked and passed according to the NHBC regulations, which gives our customers the peace of mind that our work is of the highest standard.

Every Woodall home benefits from the NHBC 10-year Buildmark Warranty. Under warranty, Woodall Homes (for the first two years) and the NHBC (during years three to 10 following completion) have defined responsibilities regarding material defects.

We’re proud to be compliant with the Consumer Code for Home Builders. The Consumer Code for Home Builders applies to buyers who ‘reserve to buy’ a new home built by a home builder under the insurance protection of one of the supporting Home Warranty Bodies and sets good practice requirements that all home builders must meet.

The purpose of the Code is to ensure that our home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions and know how to access speedy and low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.
