Final Move-In At Scarsdale Green!

We’re delighted to announce that we have handed over the final set of keys to our buyers at our Scarsdale Green development in Bolsover.

Scarsdale Green has been our largest development to date, with 78 homes now fully built on the site. We started work on the site in February 2019, which now feels like a lifetime ago!

Our last family moved happily into one of our bungalows on the iconic development in late September.

We have faced many challenges during the build process at Scarsdale Green, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, so the site really is a testament to the hard work put in by our great team.

Our Managing Director, David Wood, said: “It’s a great feeling knowing that all of our homes at Scarsdale Green are now home to new families.

“We are passionate about creating homes for the local community and Scarsdale Green demonstrates exactly that”

“Scarsdale Green will always hold a special place in my heart – the main street of the development, Michaelwood Way is named after my late brother who passed away in 2019 after working for us as Site Manager for a number of years.”
