Why and how was Woodall Homes launched?
Woodall Homes was launched on the back of successfully constructing homes for other developers. I felt there was a need for high quality, sustainable homes for the people residing in and around North Derbyshire. Growing up in Bolsover, where the house prices are below the national average, I felt owning a luxury house should be something that everyone can do. As such, I formed Woodall Homes to provide affordable luxury housing throughout the region.
What sets Woodall Homes apart from other housebuilders?
A Woodall home is meticulously designed around how a family enjoys living and makes the most of the space within the home. We always like to go a bit further than other developers by providing flooring, landscaped gardens and block paved driveways to every home. We like to think we offer more than you would get either through the second-hand market or from other developers with designer sanitary ware and kitchens along with extensive gardens.
What has Woodall Homes achieved in the last ten years?
We have grown from delivering ten homes in our first year to aiming for 120 next year. Over the last three years, the company has enjoyed steady growth and started on some of our biggest sites. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline that will showcase just how far the company has come, especially in the last three years.
What’s the best thing about seeing a development complete?
We love seeing our buyers moving in, enjoying their homes and the community we have built. A lot of our buyers start and grow their families at our developments which is lovely to see.
What’s next for Woodall Homes?
We are looking forward to the next five years of growth and providing people with more luxury homes and building further afield in new locations.
