Following changes to Government guidelines in relation to the Covid-19 outbreak, we can confirm that as of today (Monday 11th May), our Sales and Marketing Suite at Scarsdale Green in Bolsover has now partially re-opened.
One member of our sales team will be working from the centre, with social distancing guidelines in place to ensure staff and all customers remain at least two metres apart at all times.
The office will be extensively sanitised and cleaned on a regular basis to ensure the safety of our staff and customers at all times.
Our Sales and Marketing Suite will be open during the following hours:
Monday: 10am-5pm
Tuesday: 10am-5pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 10am-5pm
Friday: 10am-5pm
Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: Closed
We are also now conducting viewings. This is being done with the health and safety of our staff and customers firmly in mind, and in line with Government guidelines. All properties will be subject to an extensive clean in between viewings.
