Following the announcement of a second national lockdown, we want to reassure our customers that Woodall Homes will remain here to support you.

The Housing Secretary has confirmed the property market will remain open during this lockdown, so operating safely will continue to be our top priority.

We are conducting viewings at our Woodall Homes developments. This is being done with the health and safety of our staff and customers firmly in mind, and in line with government guidelines. All properties will be subject to an extensive clean in between viewings.

In addition, our Sales and Marketing Suite at Scarsdale Green is open. The office will be extensively sanitised and cleaned on a regular basis, with social distancing guidelines in place, to ensure the safety of our staff and customers at all times.

Our Sales and Marketing Suite will be open during the following hours:

Monday: 10am-5pm

Tuesday: 10am-5pm

Wednesday: 10am-5pm

Thursday: 10am-5pm

Friday: 10am-5pm

Saturday: 10am-5pm

Sunday: 10am-5pm
