We are excited to introduce two new members of our team, Joanne James and James Hilliard, our new Sales Negotiators.
Both Joanne and James have been a part of the team for a few weeks now, and since joining, have already made a significant impact with their enthusiasm and passion for property as they dove into understanding what really sets a Woodall Homes property apart from other developers.
Their role is to guide buyers through their home buying experience and develop a relationship with clients, from dealing with inbound inquiries all of the way through to completion.
Joanne is the Sales Negotiator for our Normanhurst Park development in the heart of the Peak District in Darley Dale. With only a few plots remaining on this development, Joanne is using her ability to develop strong relationships with clients and her love of property to bring this incredible development to a close.
When we asked Joanne about her favourite part of her role, she said: “I’ve always been obsessed with property, so it was my dream to get to work in this sector. I love the whole process from start to finish, especially with new build properties, because you get to watch every step of the homes being built, to the day the keys are handed over to the happy owners.
“I’ve always worked in sales and moved to Marbella in Spain 25 years ago to sell property in the sun. When I arrived back in England, I moved into the new build sector and have been working with some of the best developers in the country ever since.
“I hope to bring my extensive experience to the role and to continue to make people’s dreams come true when they get the key to their perfect homes.”
James is our new Sales Negotiator for our Oakham Grange development in Calow, which has 75 beautiful new homes to manage. This development is still in the process of being built, so a big part of James’ role is to give customers weekly updates on the progress of their new home.
When we asked James about what he’s been enjoying most since joining Woodall Homes, he told us: “I love getting to walk around the show homes and seeing all the new trends, designs and styles that are available, and then I love finding people their perfect new home and helping the customer along their journey.
“I have worked in new homes sales for eight years and in estate agency for one year, so I bring the experience I have gained and can give the Woodall Home buyer the experience they deserve and expect when buying such a high-end product.”
After such a strong start, we are looking forward to the future with these two newest members of our sales team, and we cannot wait to see what they bring to the table.
