Who is Eligible for the
assisted move scheme?
The Help to Sell scheme is available to buyers who already own an existing property and are looking to purchase a home with us. To qualify, you must:
- Own a property that needs to be sold before purchasing your new home
- Be purchasing a qualifying new build home from Woodall
- Be actively marketing, or prepared to market, your existing property
- Be financially prepared to proceed with the purchase once a buyer is secured

How to apply for the

Reserve your property

Appoint a conveyancer
