We are delighted to introduce our Bricklaying Apprentice, Scott Bennett, who joined our team last year. Since we welcomed Scott, he has made a significant contribution to the work on-site and brings an enthusiasm for learning that is infectious.
Our HR Manager, Helen Day, said: “It has been an absolute pleasure to have Scott on our team and we are grateful for all his hard work this year. We are particularly proud of his growth since he first started his apprenticeship with us and we are looking forward to seeing how he continues to progress.”
Since being with us, Scott’s team spirit has earned him a commendation in our ‘Cheers for Peers’ programme and we are delighted to be able to offer a young person the opportunity to develop their career in the construction industry.
Alongside the tutors at Chesterfield College, our Site Manager has supported Scott in his role and their collaborative approach has meant Woodall Homes has been able to make an even greater contribution to the local community.
