Woodall Homes is delighted to announce that last week we were granted planning permission for our proposed development of 19 new homes in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency.
‘Orchid Rise’ is located off Pit Lane, Pleasley. To the west of the site are Grade II listed buildings and a Scheduled Ancient Monument associated with the former Pleasley Colliery. Pleasley Pit Country Park and Pleasley Pit Local Nature Reserve also neighbour this development.
Work is set to start later this year on site to construct a total of 19 new three and four bedroom homes and three bedroom bungalows, each carefully designed to meet a wide range of needs.
The development has attracted a large amount of interest, and homes are set to be released for sale in early 2018.
